Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale
Opened or used products for hygiene reasons
Digital products or downloadable content
Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact us at help.ozodestock@thesupport.care with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. Processing times may vary. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at help.ozodestock@thesupport.care

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at help.ozodestock@thesupport.care

7. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
